Appearance: Sasuke is a lean, pale individual in comparison to others of his generation. For his age, he is considered to be average height (5ft 5) and is just over 115lb in weight. His black hair hangs loose at chin level parted to both sides of his face, with the back of his hair dishevelled and spiky. His eyes mirror the colour of his hair, equally as dark but red upon activation of his bloodline limit Sharingan.

His clothes are simple and unrestricting. He generally wears a white long sleeve shirt that hangs open around his chest. Around his waist, he has a dark blue garment that is tied to his body with a purple rope-like belt, and wears blue slacks along with a pair of black shinobi sandals. He also has two black bracers that also serve as fingerless gloves.

Sasuke is a bitter shinobi full of hatred and vengeance. His personality was greatly transformed upon the slaughter of his clan, making him anti-social and generally a depressing person to be around. Luckily, he had taken a strange liking to his new team mate Uzumaki Naruto, despite them being opposites in a lot of ways. Though time eroded any feelings he once felt for his comrades, and he saw that the only way to attain power was by severing bonds, distancing himself even further.

His true hatred is reserved for his older brother Itachi, who he no longer considers a part of his family. He has devoted a large portion of his life honing his skills and acquiring new ones, all so he is ready when the day comes to finally deliver the killing blow. Until then, he will not rest.

Despite all of his coldness, he is averse to senseless killing and violence.

Style
At the start of battles, Sasuke will sit back and use his ranged skills to try and better position his enemy, or to finish them quickly. If he fails to eliminate them from afar, he can direct them with a ranged attack and move in at ridiculous speed to utilise his close quarters techniques. His sword helps give him an edge in melee combat, but also gives him access to new abilities. His taijutsu is masterful, learning a lot at a young age from studying and emulating Rock Lee's movements in earlier battles, and perfecting them whilst augmenting them with his elemental abilities.

Defensively, Sasuke uses his Sharingan precognition to bolster his senses, coupled with his ability to create a lightning wave to surround himself. His speed allows him to dodge effectively. On occasion, he can rely on summons to defend himself.

Being a Sharingan user, Sasuke has somewhat an immunity to genjutsu and other mind-control techniques that disrupt or take over the flow of chakra. He also has genjutsu techniques of his own that sometimes catch people off-guard.

Due to Orochimaru's cursed seal ability, Sasuke has an array of skills that are unnatural but quite potent when used correctly. Due to his training under Orochimaru, Sasuke has near perfect control, as noted by Juugo. He has slight regenerative powers and a larger pool of chakra at his disposal, along with wings that grant him extended mobility.

Abilities
Binding Snake Glare Spell (Jagei Jubaku) / C-Rank / Ninjutsu
One or two snakes are summoned from the sleeves of the user, coiling enemies. The snakes are capable of constricting and biting to inject venom. The summoning procedure can be shortened by using blood on a summoning "contract seal", making it possible to use the technique immediately. The further addition of the user's killing intent can weaken their target's resolve. Snakes summoned by this technique are on a whole other level in terms of intelligence and strength, compared to normal summons.

One Thousand Birds (Chidori) / A-Rank / Ninjutsu / Lightning Release
Lightning channels to the hand of the user, becoming so intense that it is then visible. The sound is similar to that of chirping birds, which is how it got its namesake. The user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed.

This technique has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user. Though this drawback would seem to make learning the technique fairly pointless, Sasuke is able to avoid the drawback because of his Sharingan, which takes in every detail, regardless of how fast the user is moving.

Sasuke has mastered the principles of lightning manipulation and developed a number of other Lightning Release techniques, most of which are derived from the Chidori.

Black Chidori (Habataku Chidori) / A-Rank / Ninjutsu / Lightning Release
This version of the Chidori is stronger, and gives off a black glow along with the sound of flapping wings in flight, instead of the standard blue glow and chirping noise. It is more deadly in its strength.

One Thousand Birds Current (Chidori Nagashi) / A-Rank / Ninjutsu / Lightning Release
By releasing the Chidori in every direction, an electrical discharge flows from the user's entire body allowing him to affect multiple enemies. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defence. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. This attack can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.

One Thousand Birds Senbon (Chidori Senbon) / A-Rank / Ninjutsu / Lightning Release
This technique is specialised in more speed, by being transformed into a lightning version of countless sharp senbon, all aimed at the enemy. By increasing the amount of chakra used, the number of senbon also increases. It can become even more effective by using it together with the Sharingan, allowing the user to precisely shoot for the enemy's vital points.

One Thousand Birds Sharp Spear (Chidori Eisō) / A-Rank / Ninjutsu / Lightning Release
This technique uses Shape Transformation to form the original Chidori into a spear or blade-shape, adapting it for mid-range attacks with a maximum range of about five metres. Although it's less powerful than the Chidori, its increased range means there is less of a risk to the user. It also has the advantage of being able to be used for surprise attacks and capturing.

When the enemy's body is pierced, the user can alter the spear's shape into multiple additional blades, increasing the number of wounds. The blade can also be swung in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries.

Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes (Magen: Kasegui no Jutsu) / Genjutsu, Dōjutsu
Firstly, this technique requires the use of the Sharingan and direct eye contact. The opponent is caught in the illusionary world created by the user, and the victim is tormented with the sensation of having spikes driven through their limbs, taking away their body's freedom. At the same time, the physical pain accompanying the illusion reveals that the greatest use this technique has is torture.

Kirin / S-Rank / Ninjutsu / Lightning Release
Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot, lightning technique. Sasuke draws natural lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his strike and controls it with chakra. Due to the technique using natural lightning, which is said to reach the ground in 1/1000th of a second, it is possibly the most powerful lightning technique. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency; if there are no active thunder clouds the user must create them by using powerful fire techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions.

Once a lightning source has been acquired, shaping and guiding the lightning to the target requires very little chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. The technique can completely obliterate a mountain.

Fire Release: Dragon Fire (Katon: Ryūka no Jutsu) / C-Rank / Ninjutsu / Fire Release
The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon. This technique has been used without a conductor, but the enemy was close.

Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique (Katon: Gōryūka no Jutsu) / B-Rank / Ninjutsu / Fire Release
The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon head-shaped fireball. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique (Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu) / C-Rank / Ninjutsu / Fire Release
Chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth either as a massive orb of roaring flame or as a continuous flame-thrower. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface.

Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique (Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu) / C-Rank / Ninjutsu / Fire Release
This technique creates a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra.

Illusion Technique: Copy Wheel Eye (Sharingan Genjutsu) / Genjutsu, Dōjutsu
This technique is simply the use of generic genjutsu used by Sharingan wielders. By simply having their opponents look into their eyes, the user can lock them within a genjutsu of their choosing, paralysing or knocking out an opponent, or force them to reveal information that they have.

Shadow Shuriken Technique (Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) / D-Rank / Ninjutsu
This is a simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed shuriken. However, if the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.

Summoning: Lightning Flash Blade Creation (Kuchiyose: Raikō Kenka) / B-Rank / Ninjutsu
This is a ninja tool summon that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in its fully extended form beforehand.

The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning", ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summoned ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics. A large number of ninja tools can be stored within the sealing marks, which can make the efficiency of this technique last longer.

Grass Cutting Sword: One Thousand Birds Katana (Kusanagi no Tsurigi: Chidorigatana) / B-Rank / Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu / Lightning Release
This technique allows Sasuke to channel the Chidori through his chokutō. This makes it nearly unblockable as the radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, if an opponent is stabbed, their body goes numb due to an electrical current which causes the muscles to go numb, making it impossible for the opponent to move. However, it can be countered by other weapons that also utilise Lightning Release chakra flow.

Special Limited Abilities
Summon Manda "Strongest Colossal Serpent" (Saikyō no Uwahebi) / S-Rank / Ninjutsu
Manda, originally a Summon of Orochimaru, answers Sasuke's call now. Though reluctant to fight for him, Manda is a very fearsome opponent, his body capable of withstanding serious damage whilst being nible and quick enough to dodge fast missile attacks with ease. His fangs are large and ready to inject deadly venom upon sinking into his victim, but his most powerful attack is his ability to constrict his opposition until they are dead.

Cursed Seal of Heaven (Ten no Juin) / A-Rank / Juinjutsu
The Cursed Seal ability is Orochimaru's experimentation attempt to increase the power and skills of an individual that he deems worthy. The first level of the Cursed Seal grants heightened core abilities, such as strength and movement speed. The second level takes it even further, fully transforming the user into a new form of themselves, enabling them the use of new appendages and new techniques.

“Why do you defy me? I asked you to stop, yet you still have the nerve to bandy taunts with each other in front of me?”

Suigetsu stood with a smirk on his face, staring at Karin, her red tresses blowing across her angry countenance in the wind. Because of the altitude that they found themselves at, standing atop the peak of this canyon, the currents of air were strong and loud.

“She started it, like I said.”

Karin formed a fist with her hand to interject, but Sasuke's Sharingan flicked to life before them. Suigetsu's sly gaze quickly changed to one of surprise and underlying fear, whilst Karin's head drooped in shame. Juugo watched close by, emotionless but somewhat concentrated on the petty affair those two had gotten themselves into.

The Sharingan faded, and Sasuke was then serene once more. “Is there any need for words? No, there isn't. Now, let's keep moving until the sun sets. Anymore transgressions of my patience will result in me leaving you behind, I don't require a force of hesitants.”

The Uchiha walked away first, followed by Suigetsu and Juugo. Karin lagged a little, but only because of her strange compulsive nature to let her cheeks flush with Sasuke's display of influence. She was a mystery to him, and he was certain he wasn't going to find out the truth of her motives anytime soon. She jogged after them, Hebi finally on the move once more; on the path to finding that elusive murderous monster, Uchiha Itachi.
